After reading your artist comments, I think I understand why you are so clever about seeing life from such a unique perspective! Great picture. He looks a bit resigned. Don't know that turkeys care much for water, so he'd better hope his wings work well. Love the teddy bear parachuting down into the water. Great imagination and composition.

Lol I don't sleep.. no kidding.. all of these illustrations were done a few years back while I was working for a printing company. I happened to be going through my old sketchbooks and came across them and thought what better time to post them. But yes spend way too long on here but at least hubby gets to watch what he wants on telly now lol once the last post has been done it will go quieter, I still have my big painting to finish and lots of other projects have come through now.
Well its usually wet or windy or both so I tend to miss most of them, its different I give it that lol

yeah its not the most festive, to be honest I don't blame him I wouldn't want to jump off either, its usually cold wet and windy when they have it... usual British weather lol

I have seen that competition on television. Some of them only fly from the pier to the water, maybe less. I like what you have done with this. The perspective is good. The feeling is surreal. And the turkey? Actually turkeys can glide quite a ways. Very nice painting.
