Very nice capture. These guys are so hard to catch doing anything. Its great that you could catch him fishing. the focus is very good. Details are clear. The colors are good. I like the colors on their heads. The background is a good contrast for your subject. Very nice image.

This guy gets extra credit for perserverance! Great capture. Lots of detail contrasted with the smooth snow and rippled water. Can't believe the fish remained still long enough for him to break through the ice. Maybe the fish was literally frozen.

Thank you so very much! I was amazed about the fish staying there too. He pecked the ice several times. The fish was moving when he got him out!
