It's something that we see on a daily basis, and tend not to pay it any attention, UNTIL it's in our way.
This is actually a pretty neat photo.
The lighting works well, and the lines and shapes make it kind of abstract.

You have taken something annoying and mundane and made beautiful art. This image is terrific. It should be the center of a campaign of some aging infrastructure, certainly in the US for sure. Love the shine on the copper and the blues. Well done. Way to go with the flow....

Very true, it is very aggraviting but you did a wonderful job.
The Technique, Composition, lighting, and harmony are wonderful.
The Storytelling is also very nice, the black background is great and adds great DOF.
