What have you done woman ? Gone through my whole portfolio ? LOL This is also a photo I think came out reasonably well because it is quite difficult to photograph black fur. Thanks a lot.

Everyone has had a black Lab at one point or another. But I had one that hated the water. Most of them love water. If I threw her in the water, she would get out as soon as possible. This is a very nice image. There is action with her tongue. There is expression. There is good focus and detail. And there is good color. Actually, the light on your subject is dispersed pretty well as you can see the contrast in the dark and shine. The background is nice and makes a very pleasant contrast with her. Very nice image.

Everyone has had a black Lab at one point or another. But I had one that hated the water. Most of them love water. If I threw her in the water, she would get out as soon as possible. This is a very nice image. There is action with her tongue. There is expression. There is good focus and detail. And there is good color. I know what you mean about black dog our last dog was black and getting a good shot of him was really difficult. you have discovered framing haven't you!
What are those spots in front of his mouth? They are very distracting, I would get rid of them

Welcome to the world of blacks and whites. Always a challenge and you actually did well on this one as there is detail in the blackest areas even in a jpeg. Bit of a halo around the face but I often find this along dark area in jpegs [I usually go back with a clone stamp and my wacom tablet under high magnification to get it out]

When I first looked at this picture I thought it was a painting. I love the background color that shows up in the fur. Her eyes look so brown and kind. I like that the tongue is stuck out and curled. The lighting is great, good storytelling.
