Thank you for your generous review! It is a glass globe, with a few light sources aimed at it. Careful, you can see your future in these! As for manipulating, it is almost impossible to do anything to it, the colours are always just right! Try hooking it up to your hdtv, with hdmi cable and you will be so surprised at how dimensional these shots look!

Thank you, the laser seems to give it a very dimensinal look, I hooked up my laptop to my hdtv big screen, and was pleasantly surprised at how 3d it looked!

Fen Shui Stores have glass globes for $700.00, a little expensive I think. Thank you for your great review and taking time to do it.
