I can't believe how sharp you images are even when cropped. You must be able to talk to the birds to get photos like this. Great job again Willie!

Beautiful capture. The black feathers remind me of Andy Rooney's eyebrows. The rim around the eye looks like a string of pearls. Excellent detail. Color balance and lighting are very good. I like the highlights on the black feathers near the bird's eye. Good capture of the catchlight in the eye. Thanks for sharing.

Here is my handsome boy again -- a close-up with out that incredible red tuft at the top of his little head. This is a fantastic close-up -- i can see all the little details and he is wonderful. Great shot.

This is a great macro shot. The depth of field is spot on. Between the clarity and the colors you got a remarkable capture. I am assuming you were shooting off a tripod.
