Nice family entry and very good looking family! Very nice color and clarity. Nice light. I would suggest a bit more attention to your composition. Its a general rule in portraits not to crop/compose at the joints. Its kinder to the eye if you do it mid joint. i.e. half way between wrist and elbow. In this image if you had done that it would bring their eyes onto the upper 1/3 line and follow the "rule of thirds" giving you a much stronger composition. Overall a very pleasing portrait. This is very pleasing, as the expressions are well captured giving a good feeling to the viewer.

See if the pre-cropped version can be leveled slightly counter-clockwise. Or not! I don't know everything.
