I like the idea of it very much. Something overlooked most the time brought to attention. It's a nice capture, especially for a window shot. The capture is crisp and full of detail. The colors are nicely captured and natural looking.
I assume there was no opportunity to go out of the . A shame. It looks as if there was a beautiful opportunity for many shots. I think also an angle, from a step back farther to the right; camera slightly more to the left would have given you a picture with the ruffly nailed fence and more flowers on the right. But that is ineffective speculation.

The yellow flowers are truly lovely. The wooden fence adds interest to the photo. Still think that it is a bit too much of it, since the flowers are meant to be the COI. I think I would have cropped a bit more off at the top and on the right side to bring your flowers more forward. The greens in the background suits this image. It is also nice and sharp and the use of light is good. Nice DOFF. Good luck with the contest.
