It looks so dark and red and velvety. The drops of water on it look somehow unreal. Also, I bet this particular rose had a very strong fragrance.

Love the detail in this. Im not usually a fan of flower photography as i feel there is far too much of it about, but the capture of the water drops on the flower really sets this apart. Nicely done.

This rose is such a beautiful colour - it's just the shade of the flowers for my wedding latet this year. Great details captured and great lighting.
