If you meant to make something hypnotic then this is very good. I like the design if not all of the colors you used. I know I couldn't look at this for a very long time. It's too hypnotic and I really don't like being hypnotized. lol

This is an awesome work of art. It just seems to move the more you look at it. The neon coloring is stunning. I like the way you have all the colors going out from the center. The way you have the yellow ligh radiating in this is great. A very interesting and excellent work of art. Good luck in the contest.
