Cute kid! I've given this some great consideration but have to draw a blank as to what the pun is, perhaps you could enlighten me?
Overall as a MM piece I like it but wonder if the demarcation between the child's head and the light isn't a bit harsh. You have an apparent light source both sides of the baby but the far side of it's arms appears to be in heavy shadow. It is dead easy for me to sit here and deconstruct your work but probably wrong of me as I am truly rubbish at photo manipulation.

Thank you for the nice review and comments. You actually pointed out a few things that never entered my mind. I am afraid I have done a little mistake with the pun. You could have guessed it being English, but an Amercian would have no idea. This is Fairy Liquid. Not used very much more since most of us have got a dish washer in the kitchen.

Ah, now that you say so, I can see it. My dishwasher is ace, she does cooking and ironing too - best investment I ever made!

But you cant snuggle up with a dishwasher and the one I have would brake if she caught me with a maid! We had a maid when we lived in Japan and Penny used to run around cleaning and tidying before she came in case the thought bad of us - most strange.

I give up. You are right. A wife is much better. I have a woman coming every Friday to do my house, and I am afraid I am a bit like Penny. Realize it is a bit stupid.

This is so cute, almost too cute for words!! The little baby fairy is so precious and like the glow to the image making it look like a fairy tale photo! So cute with perfect framing!! Awesome and good luck in the contest!!

Clever technically - the layers work and the lighting looks fine. When you have a subject as cute as this I'd be tempted to keep it simple.

Very creative!! The lighting is good, and what a great expression. I can see you put a lot of work into this. I think if you cropped in a little more and softened the black it might work better for you. I really like the wings and things.

This must be pretty bad since you think it is worth only 2.5. The reason why it is not tighter cropped is because of the contest. The pun would have lost something if I cropped harder. Still I could have softened the black. The idea was to create a spot light effect. I thank you for the review, but do not agree that this work is SO much under average
