Great initial impact. Excellent focus and lighting. Very rich color harmony and contrast. A perfect shot of this beautiful bird and this is the center of interest. Good composition, cropping and framing. Great technique, technical excellence and story telling potential. Creativity in title, and artist's notes.

What a gorgeous pic of this male gold finch with sharp focus to show all his lovely details!! The pose is wonderful and true to this breed! Nice neutral b.g. placing all the emphasis on the goldfinch! Awesome lighting, colors true to natural and d.o.f. brings him to life!!Would have loved to see the whole tail! Best of luck!
