I really like the depth you've portrayed with this great blue heron capture. Great vastness, lovely depth of field and selective focusing as well as subdued lighting.

This is a cool shot.
The bird on the blue ice is a great contrast.
Like that you did not crop closer to the bird, give that big world feeling.

I like this. The simplicity of the lone heron on ice says it all. The background suits him well because it surrounds him on his "walkway."
