We call ours the domestic house lion and seems rather fitting for Casper with the mane he carries! Lovely painting of Casper with the soulful eyes of the Ragdoll. Never knew about the eyes but you do have a point as our boys pupils are round also! Great work of art Suzanne with realistic qualities on the lovely Casper!

Thank you so much for your really nice comments. I'm very pleased you like Casper. The only time their pupils seem slit-like is if they look directly into a light!

This is beautiful the way you have painted him. I like the close up and the way you did his eyes. I like the way you did the background to reflect the color in his eyes. I like the way you did the brush strokes in his fur. An excellent work of art.
