Nice capture Roger and the poor fella is looking for bugs up the wrong pole or maybe a home in the hole in the pole?? Good focus with great framing for a nice close view of the woodpecker! Nice natural colors!

I like the composition and the colors very much. The details of the telephone pole are very good, though the focus on the woodpecker is a bit soft. His eye is very vivid.
