The detail in the face is excellent. The only thing I think is missing are the pupils in the eyes. The eyes look empty to me, a bit like a carved pumpkin with a light glowing inside it. ;-)
Other than that, I think you did a great job.

I can see you have fun with your friends. Your paintings might take less electricity but I bet your electricity bill is no cheaper than his. LOL ;-)

yes it is! i got rid of the microwave oven and electric bill reduced an extra $50 a month..wink..lol

This is a very striking piece.the black background really complements the red in the dragons face.It does look like the head is leaping out at you.Nice work.

It dos not look poor to me. I do not know the digital work, but if that guy misses the electricity, he replaced it with inner fire. These eyes are glowing with that fire, even the teeth seem hot. Amazing how traditional and digital art can not only exist happily side by side but influence each other positively.

wow, cleo you have took the words right out of mouth, i dont think i could have said that any better about digital veresus traditional..i have been suggested to learn..heck its taken me 40 yearas to get this with the markers..dont think i cant out live the puter...lol..thank you so much for the great reveiw.

yeah this is one time i came close to those digital artist. its tough for me to compete against them. have a machine that can perfectly erase any mistakes without any mess...i told one guy it must be nice with a stroke of a key to correct a mistake. mine i have to just throw it aways and start over...lol. im so glad that you liked this and do appreciate the great reveiw.

Overall wonderfull
eye catching presentation..:o)

You do see the top middle
to right is a bit tilting
'down right'.
Causing the long thorns to;
streach out not curl up,
like the left side.

I like the 'nasty' shadowed red, real nice.
