Thank you so very much! You need to be on a trypod, very late in the day with the sun going down. It needs to be enough light to focus. The slow shutter speed is the key. I think this was about two seconds but not sure. You will just have to try several different settings.

It is not a bird and I still like it! Like how you slowed down the shutter speed and honed in for this one. Lovely contrast.

Thank you so very much! The bird is there, just to the left in a tree! Don't you here him singing?

Well done Willie, too bad you did not take this from your car window. Well done slowing down the water, you rendered it well. Good framing so we can see the maximum flow and nice dark rich colors my friend, well done indeed.

Thank you so very much! If I had taken this from the car I would have been in trouble! This was about 300 yards from the road!

Wonderful piece Willie. You've a slow enough shutter speed to make the river look as it you had altered it. The sharpness of the hillocks on the sides belies this of course. This make for a mystic look to it. Well done.

I like your picture for the composition and for the colors. everything is so neat, appealing... Freshness all over, cleanness and purity, maybe due to the running water that seems a flow of milk...
A little bit too dark to my taste...

This is beautiful the way you took it. I like the way the water looks in this. Do you live near this park? I like the way the rocks look with all that moss all over them. I like the angle that you took this and the way you have all the rocks in the picture. An excellent picture. Good luck in the contest.

Another nice capture Willie!
Lovely details and colors with the green moss. I like your selection of shutter speed in regards to the water blur. Well composed and framed. I like the format and crop. Good visual impact. Good technical excellence and technique.

Congrats
