This is very interesting...not only with its story, but the colors and placement as well! The pinks drew me in right away. The whole color theme is vivacious and the composition is nicely balanced. The bright greens add some great compliment to the various reds. Really creative!!

Hmm...very interesting. I like this because it shows creativity and expression. It's different and out of the ordinary and not something you see every day. The colors work well together and it was a nice way to liven up some very dark creatures.

Romantic and sweet...that is what we like to believe, but the are not mermaids. They were labeled that way much later in history. Truth they were described in the Greek/Roman antic as enchanting and beautiful seen from far away they are also known to kill everyone who entered their island. In Homers Odyssey they are described as "lolling in their valley amongst heaps of rotting corpses and bones..." that dos not sound to lovely to me.
