When viewing this all one can think of is just how magical and beautiful it really is! The dark trunks coming up out of the rainbow on the forest floor are arranged in such a way as to keep us engaged and looking for more detail and they also create a sense of depth in your artwork. The golden hue in the distant sky is the perfect compliment to the blues in the foreground. Really just a beautiful vision of spring! Thanks for sharing-it is going to be tough to talk me out of voting for this one-good luck with your entry! Crystal

Wow! The colors in this just jump out on this drawing. You have totally mastered the medium,with the work you did on the flowers, grass, colors in the distant foilage, and even in the tree bark, and light difference on the tree trunk. This is very, very good work. Super art

This is beautiful the way you have painted it. I like the way you have all the trees in this. I like all the colors in the trees. I like the way you have put in all the flowers. This is a gorgeous piece of work. I have had a water clour class and know a bit about it and art....this is art. I adore the colours, composition and depth of field (using a photography lingo) I guess the only thing I would like to see in this picture is the tops of the trees. I know you probably do not think that that is important...but to me and maybe others it may be. If I were to take a photo of a scene like this I would have uased a 50 mm lens. It gives the view point of the human eye...horizontallty and vertically. Peripheral vision, if you will. Other than that it is a beautiful piece of work. I would try to market it my self. Look up books that talk about marketing art work. It may be difficult, but you will get there. Well done and keep on painting along with truckin. Really enjoyed looking at this work and reviewing it.

I am so touched that you felt this deserved it, im a happy bunny :) I have been trying to market myself for the past 2 and a half years lol, Im slowly getting there but can by no means pack in the day job just yet :( At the moment this is my hobby with benefits but I would love to think one day I can do this full time and give it my all, best buy me a lottery ticket lol

Yes, all the colors are great. Trees are an accent to the flowers. The treea leaves goes well with the scene. The depth of field is great. Focus is good.good chance on contest. Good luck
