I think you just hot the nail on the head here, because I have understood that Canadians are crazy about ice hockey. In these days when the Olympics are on, I suppose they are glued to the screen when Canada is playing. I can fully understand that you won with this entry.
I like the way you have used the Canadian flag as a background, and the players are drawn with good attention to details. It is motion in this scene which you have pictured really well. I also like your limited pallet here-
The space is used well and the players are well placed within the frame. This of course means a good and well balanced composition. An all together well crafted sharpie image.

amazing action in the ice arena here. I like the way, you've drawn the movement of the players, sliding in the ice. Very detailed, and defined. Realistic choice of colors. Even the hockey stick, just looks perfect. Drawn with perfection and high degree of expertise. Well done.

tony..no bull..i work a 60 hour week. when things do slow down some i can put out more(like in the next 30 days my business will slow down) but if i was full time, i know i can do like jesuel and crank 3 or 4 out a day..but this is my hobby and relaxation after a long 12 hour day(im so wound up and i dont drink so i have to relax somehow)i have been working with ink markers for about 4 decades..so lot of this is just experience that heops ne move fast on it..just cant get anyone including sharpie to pay attention. so i have branch out all over the web.one day when i grow up ill turn into an artist instead of being refered to just a carttonist. glad that i have entertained you and hope i dont let ya down in the future(ii do have a wild imagination might shock ya).thanks for the great review.

I think you have done a great job here, well done. I see some distortion in the red, but that happens when it is entered and goes through the sites resizing method. It is not a fault from the artist at all, so if people mention it, tell them that ok, for it has happened tp some of mine as well, it usually does it to red colour the most. Anyway, again you have done great.
