Wow my friend, you deserve the points just for lying on the sidewalk..lol. I am not a big fan of ants, live in an old house and have lots. I have to admit though that your amazing shot gives me great detail and a birds eye view into the image described so well in your artist's notes. Thanks my friend. Cyn

Nice tight macro and somewhat unusual. We get butterflies, bees and ladybugs but I don't remember an ant. Great focus, super details and very fine color balance. Did he escape? A well presented piece.

I truly love this picture...
Up close and personal.
They say ants can left more than half their weight I believe. This little guy is going on his marry way, he is certainly on a mission.
You have good lighting, good center of interest and excellent story telling.
