Wonderful image.

I agree with you on your perspective of the danger aspect.

But I also see another side.

What these kids are willing to go through to make life better in the long run.

I almost see a smile. In some ways this must be a confidence builder...if they can cross this river and make it to their goal. That is a major accomplishment. In the future, it would have to be something major to stop them from achieving greatness.

This would teach some kids to get out of bed and be happy to go to school.

What an interesting subject matter and equally interesting associated journalism. The composition and timing of the shot added greater interest. Thank you for sharing. I enjoyed reviewing this work and got an education to boot.
