Very good stop action shooting Willie and nice timing. You have frozen the moment well. The detail is his feathers is awesome and he is well placed in the frame. I would love to see one of these birds some day but for now it's Emu's for me lol :))

A great shot, we also have herons in our area but it is hard to focus and get a good shot of them taking flight. Colors are great and so is lighting.
