Ohno not the green man!! Lol. Just kidding. This a cool creation. The details is great.the facial is excellent.the shading is excellent. The depth is excellent. The blend of the colors is excellent. The creation is well balance and very eye appealing to the viewer. Creative and awesome work overall.(clapping)

that is very magical and a great way to interpret ate such a legendary figure, although i don't ever remember hearing of him before. it's such a grand piece, unique and original. the expression is one of a very calm smile.

The Green Man exists only in my painting. The Green Man was paintend after reading several old folk tails gfrom Brittany. :o)

I really appreciate your notes Cleo, they are so interesting and informative, they do such a good job of preparing the viewer to take in this green man, he appears to be part of a garden spot so that he will blend in , his face is well created with closed eyes and such a content expression . It appears that a leaf from the surrounding plant has fallen onto his cheek and I think it was very clever to place a butterfly on the side of his face ,the butterfly is feeding from a red flower.
Very well created with a good show of the details and dimensions, you have achieved good depth within this scene.
