This has such beautiful impact
and the way this still life is composed is beautiful.I love the richness of the

"my generation"back at FAR. I'm so glad that you liked my review and...seriously?You think that you can fool "a legend"? That's what StRyCh1 called me! Remember him?

Not sure I remember Katy. Is that her screen name? Would have to see some of her work. And, yes I remember StRy. I call him Saint Ry, LOL. He takes such fabulous photos. I did a painting of a tiger, and I think the title was Out of Africa or some such thing. But he wrote and told me that there are no tigers in Africa. We had a big laugh about it. I'll have to write him and ask him if he's seen any tigers lately :))). You've been here since '05, right? I joined in '09. Hey! I saw that you are famous! You have one of your painting down at the bottom of page 1, for digital art. Thought they would never change those things. So many good artists have gone through here and they still kept the same ol' paintings down there. Great to see some new ones, and congrats!!!

Yes,Katy is her screen name.I think she may have joined the same year as you.I joined here in 2006.That's so funny what you call StRyCh1.It's close to what I used to think...St.Ray Charles LOL!! I still have another year paid for and will probably be here until I croak!! Thanks sweetie for the congrats!

All I can say to this is WOW! I actually did think this was a photo. The reflection is beyond perfect. And with lavender being my favorite color you knocked this one out of the ball park. This is fantastic.

Nice idea to have a couple of the flowers on the table.
Pretty colors that combine well.
Love the purple curtain, it's folds and light and shadow.
Like the smooth reflecting surface of the table.
Good variety of vase shapes.
Good balance/composition.

What a beautiful review, Regina, but you didn't mention why the low rating. You say "very good shot" leading me to believe I'm getting a review for photography, which is a huge compliment for a digital painting :) I know nothing about photography, except point and shoot, LOL. Loved your wonderful review, but curious about the 4 1/2 rating.

A beautifully well put together art in digital. I really like the presentation here,a well thought one. Very polished,and I love the purple or violet curtain that makes the scene so dramatic. Everything in it is gorgeous! with great composition.
