To get this amount of detail in a moving subject without blur is excellent. I love the details and clarity in this photo. It makes me happy to see someone using a swing, all too often we see the playgrounds and parks empty these days. Great photo.

We can see the pull of the chains, the moment where she's suspended before the swing goes the other way.
What's so great is we see how much fun she's having.
Black and white works. Contrasts given between the dark swing and her lighter clothes/skin.
Good composition..YOu have cropped well, just leaving the most important parts in the picture so we focus on her face and the moment in time.
Good placement of her in the frame, showing the chains of the swing.
Your focus and DOF are very good.
We can even see the fine hairs on her arm, which the sun shines on.
Good light.
