A beautiful picture of these Royal Purple seed pods during a shower of rain rain drops running down their length & the leaf below.The green leaves behing the seed pos making a perfect backdrop for the purple pods. Excellent composition, framing lighting camera techniques & razor sharp focus.

I have never seen seed pods so purple which contrast wonderfully with the green background. I feel it may have been slightly overworked as it has got to the stage where it no longer looks real. Still a good shot.

I like the overall composition and color here, it just seems it's maybe over-adjusted (for my taste). While that brings out some details, it also looks "painty" and a little too saturated. Interesting work, however, and I'd never seen purple ones either- ours are red and orange around here. Nice work!

So many times I am fooled into thinking a photo is something other than what it is. Amazing technology we have today. I like this creation no matter how it came about. The colors are an interesting combination and they work well together. The composition is balanced and the rule of 3rd's has been observed. Nice Work!
