Wow, this is lovely was the initial impact with this one. I don't understand the technical aspects, but I understand the art part! The composition is pleasing and there is lots of movement which I find personally appealing. THe dramatic black background pushes the flower toward me. Very very nice shot!

Details you captured and a reach out and touch clarity so real, wow very impressive shooting! The b.g. just pulls the bloom right out of the page and the d.o.f. has given you the perfect 3-D effect! Colors are as natural as they get! Excellent contest entry and almost looks like the pollen will flutter down off the stamens. A cyber 6, magnificent shooting!

The detail on this flower is awesome and the color is really beautiful! Cropping is great and focus is really good!
