Nice one Willie I like the originality of this.
Clever use of the selected colour on the baby.
Love the mother and baby theme and that diagonal composition of her looking down at the baby.

think the use of colour on the baby willie has bought more attention to the baby,although you caught a nice connection between mother and child,nice shot this and sure they were pleased with it..brian

I do find the selective colors interesting, but might have left a little in moms face, but that is just me. I do find that little bit of brightness at the top of moms head a bit distracting, and might clone it out? I think it is a very creative and interesting idea. Donkeyoatey

I agree, I think this works very well. I know the family loved it as it is and so do I. I do wonder if you cropped or just removed with content aware, the mother's arm, if it wouldn't be just a bit more perfect.

I like it Willie. It is for sure different. I personally would like it all of one.. but this does give it a more emotive shot and allows the baby to be the star of the show. Well done and very creative. Nice work on the SC!
