Stunning. I love marbles! Matter of fact recently looking at some I own and wanted to use them here for art. Well, you have done this ahead of me, so I can learn from you by your description here. Love the colors and that bleeding aspect that you described. Beautiful details, focused well and great all around presentation. Thanks for sharing this one.

This is really interesting to look at. I like how the marble somewhat melts onto the table/surface.
An entire galaxy trapped in this marble. Very creative techniques used to capture this.

Nice capture. Your editing works well. The colours are stunning.
I Ikea the reflection in the fore ground. I do think that more breathing space is needed at the top. The bubbles within the marble adds interest.
Nice work and something different. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for your comments on my steel lady,I had to repost it because I uploaded the wrong one, but my computer crashed and couldn't do it until now. I hope this one is better, not sure if I will promote it yet. I stillchave those prints for you, Ichave had such a horrific time with my hacking and online id theft, I havent been able to do much of anything else...its hell, and I am not done yet..I will find out WHO..anyway, I want to mail you those prints, it was the hands...? Nice to be back, but please one more time, your address, and my apologies!

I have a similar ball and for ages I have been meaning to do something with it on the photography side. Your image has spurred me on! I love all the flowing shapes with bubbles incorporated too. Looks like a paperweight. What impresses me about this photograph though is the reflections in the surface the ball is standing on. The colours are distinctive, as well as being vibrant, and they all merge into one another seamlessly. But you can still see the texture of the surface through the colours. The plain black background enhances the shape of the ball as well as the whole picture. Visually very appealing. Your title is very apt too.
