Children make great subjects for photography. They can be so uninhibited. This boy seems to be enjoying the cool drink and getting photograph. You captured his expression well. Good luck in the contest!

Crystal clear focus! Terrific pose and clarity. The dark spot on his head is annoying... looks like a shadow that shouldn't be there. It could be repaired in PS, but you'd really have to know PS very well to do it. Still a great shot.

Great catch Willie and nice handling of in camera processing. Good exposure and ambient light is perfect. Love that play of shadow light on his hair.
Close crop gives the viewer an intimate feel and a communication is born between image and us. Some may tell you it's too tight but personally I like it as you are focusing on the emotion of cuteness.
Very expressive photo giving an emotional tug on our hearts.
