Another good shot of the Hoya flower but I think I prefer your other view. You can see this is a flower immediately but the other shot was most unusual and left you guessing. Very pretty though with water drops hanging from the flowers. I like the white tones in the background but do find the dark green in one corner a little distracting. I would clone that out and make it white to blend in with the rest of the background.

Thanks Susan, yes was trying to avoid the post as I am not good using the software to fix things but to get the angle to show the flower had to put the background - when I have more time I will get round to learning software package. :) Mary

Very interesting flower!! I have never seen anything like it. I never ceased to be amazed by the creations mother nature comes up with--what an imagination!!
This is a very difficult flower to photograph because the flower is large and round and yet so intricate. You don't show your camera settings but I think you need a smaller aperture (higher f stop) to capture it without having various parts of the flower be oof. But I appreciate the opportunity to see this beauty! Paula

Interesting and creative use of drops on the flower. Most people would take the drops lying on the flower this is unique having the droplets falling from the flowers.

This is a beautiful shot of the flower. You have framed it well. Light and sharpness are very effective in creating a lovely capture. Good effort!
