It's more of a dismay than irritation I think as seen by the down curve of the thin upper lip and the puckered lower lip...
Whatever it is only supergold knows exactly what really happened that moment when he captured this in Vietnam. Nice costume. Very intricately weaved 'bolero' with matching wristband. The head dress is quite intriguing being loosely put on the head. I like the native basket in her back completing the image. Warm lighting, sharp focusing, impressive cropping!!!

Good exposure settings to get the detail that you did on your subject! Background is a bit hot and draws the eye somewhat. Color work is excellent and focus very good.
