This is a beautiful image! You probably would have lost the total effect a few seconds later. The suns rays radiating from the horizon with the sun partially hidden. The bright edges of the clouds contrasts nicely with the water below. Great image! -john

Lovely colors, warm and calm! the depth is lovely and you have gotten the silhouette just right! enough detail in the boat to "see" it, yet enough darkness to pop it out..a truly lovely view and appealing as all get out. Donkeyoatey

Calm and serene and extremely effect use of the boat's silhouette. You have even managed to catch the silhouette of a bird returning to it's home! Beautiful! Jean

This is so tranquil. For some reason, I thought this is a sunset. It may be a melancholy within it. You may not intended so, but that is what I feel by this scenery â?? a boat middle of the sea and a bird in the dramatic sun light. Needless to say, the lighting and composition are excellent. Thank you for sharing.

wow what a super shot. i love every aspect here and all of these merge together, to produce one beautiful image. the peeping sun, the solo bird (that is so clear), the golden colour of the sky and last but not least the position + angle of the boat. super framing and presentation.
