Cool work on this subject. I like all the detail and bold color choices. Her eyes and facial expression are showing a lot of personality which is quite appealing to the observer. Well done and thank you for sharing.

This is lovely Mark! I especially like the eye contact and the expression you created. You have really created the impression that you have Bonnie Raitt sitting in your living room! Your choice of colors look great together.

excellent portrait, I shall not ask why her dress is the same colour as the wall, the guitar the same colour as the settee and chair. I like the picture of her family at the back. You stick to obvious conclusions, white=light, door=dark, which makes it a clear picture to deal with.

Excellent drawing with your sharpies, Mark. The fine detail you manage to get in your drawings is fantastic - the guitar and her fingers are especially good. I love the pose she has and the expression on her face, as if she knows something you don't! Great use of colours. Excellent composition. Suzanne

This is spectacular, Mark. Love the bold pink and contrasting yellow. The colors grab your attention. I like the look on the subjects face and her pose as she holds the guitar. This may be my favorite of yours so far. Love it.

I love your cartoons, but it's exciting to see your work with real people as well. You really have a lot of detail in this, and yes, Bonnie has had a great influence on many with her music. Exceptional work - love it!
