I don't understand the chair in front of the sofa, but it's normal at my house, really:) The detail is remarkable and expression on Bonnie's face good. Love the color harmony and good notes;)

guess we would have to ask the photographer but i betcha he shot it that way because of lightning. i just took advantage of all that on the details when drawing it. thanks for the great review.

What can I say. Another winner. I like the little picture above her head. You could have just left it pink. No your put something extra in it.

I love it. I have no six to share but this one has a lot of detail. Nice depth and shadowing. Great detail too. The colors are very well blended and the lighting is always nice in your work.

Lets talk about what key is that? Is that A#m7? LOL!
Complementary colors.
Guitar and long sleeves.
Couch and wall.
Even the framed photo on the wall has primary colors. Is the kid on the left wearing blue or green?
No more Mother of Pearl highlight?
I like that small purple illumination under the guitar near her ruffled sleeve. I bet nobody will give that importance but its cute! That's how meticulous MKF is when it comes to the minutest details...
I will praise you more to the high heavens if you can make the guitar strings differ in diameter... LoL!
Thanks for the smile in sharing...wink!

Love the image and the great interior that you have placed her in. Your style and technique are just fabulous and this is truly a fine work! She has a nice face. I wanted to ask you if you blend the marker colors somehow, or not. I still have not done a marker work worth keeping. Certainly not as easy as it looks. You have my utmost respect for the talent and creativity that you have.

You must have posted this because I show to already have reviewed it. Wonderful work with such fabulous colors and extraordinary detail. One of my favorites of yours also.

yes..blending the colors is a lot of what i do..like here her skin has a blend of 6 colors for an example. i have copic artist try to convince me that im better off buying thier overpriced brand because their markers can blend colors..i usually say"really? thats cool!" however, i dont think they grasp that i can do that as well as sharpie..wink..patti ill help u on a tip..start with ur lighter colors 1st, then blend in the darker colors for shading and depth..the most important thing is map out where ur shading and highlights will b4 inking in..u need any more tips..holler! ill be glad to help u..oh u gonna join us on the music art contest? bring food!lol.thanks for the great review!

Thank you so much! You are a great mentor and teacher. Hope I will have an image one of these days to dedicate to you! So I gather than by laying the colors on top of each other, working from light to dark, that they automatically blend. There is one brand of markers that sells a blenders as a pen that to me doesn't blend at all. Thanks again!
