Wow! I have seen them and other birds catching fish, but never close enough to make even a photo. That is really special, if one think about. Its a stop on action photo. The bird was moving. Hard to take a photo this close up of a moving subject without having a total blur. Best luck for the contest.

I always like the black and red combination which has a potential to create mysterious depth in the color, and that is what I see here. The crystal textures multiple the effect even more. Thank you for sharing.
