I like this photo because of the cause you are trying to prevent abuse and this photo diffidently shows someone has been abused . I hope it is able to raise awareness against abuse

this reminds me of an idiot i knew years ago. i caught him with his girlfriend and his hand on her neck holding her against the wall. i told her to get in my car and i will be there in a minute. the next time i saw him he was the most respectful person. great job!

My first reaction was dramatic, the use of the white background really emphasizes the damage to her face.
I find it tragic how people think they have the right to own others. That they think they have the right to demean and degrade others. This is a powerful image as is the narrative that you posted with it.
I think you used the space and the media very effectively to create a very powerful image.
