A very pretty soft and muted colour palette used here for the background, lifted by that little pop of red. The branch and leaves are very well drawn. A lovely digital painting.

I like this Impressionistic-style work. The leaves seem to have an exaggerated texture which emphasizes the time fo year. I am not sure what the red flowers are in the lower right, maybe bleeding hearts? Interesting background with rusts and greens, but rusty orange seems to be about to take over. The plum mauves help soften its victory.

The red things are not flowers but seed pods of Hozuki [aka Japanese Lantern, Winter cherry u.a.] Its often used with Oak leafs in dry autumn decorations.

This is a very special presentation for fall - this composition has a very nice energy, soft and lovely with all the colors in the background creating a smoothly fall flow - the clear green shows that there s still much life in nature and the cherish are one of the last in the cycle - the golden leaves with all their shades are well composed , a very nice arrangement of the tree in your frame becoming the main subject - super job, all the best for the contest
