This is really a lovely sunset, and it is amazing how far away the sea is, and that what we are actually looking at is just wet sand. I would say that this photo is all about reflections and you have indeed captured them well. I think the sun is just a tad strong but know how difficult it is to avoid this.
Your photo is nice and sharp and the reflections and small ripples so well defined. It is also lovely colors in this photo from the setting sun, and such a nice contrast between the blue sky and the golden clouds.
I think the format you have cropped this down to works re well, and your POV was very good. I think this is nicely composed photo, and a really well taken shot with an excellent DOFF.

What a remarkable image. A painting rather than a photograph. The dominant feature is certainly your light. What wonderful highlights and shadows you have captured in this image. The reflection of the sky is great. Your composition is striking. The light travels from left to right in the frame creating balance in this image. You places the centre of the light left of centre which is most effective as it gives the viewer all that space to the right to fully appreciate that soon it will be dark.Wonderful image.

The water looks very calm, like a mill pond, and as such the reflections from the clouds are mirror images. Very eye-catching scene.
