very pretty work on the white roses.
roses can be tricky to get the depth and pretty shades they deserve.
this reminds me of the towels that were really popular probably back in the 60-80's floral designs.
my grandmother always got those and it reminds me of her.
I was looking at this contest trying to figure out why certain ones were voted for over others.
do you ever do that?
to me they all were wonderful entries.
one suggestion on this it is a bit flat. if you could put a bit of pink in the flowers for depth it would have brought them out a little more. or a darker back ground.
just an idea.

Very nice. Love the soft delicacy you captured. The soft purples, blues and blue-greens of the background set the roses off nicely. Like the bluish tinges of the roses. Like the shadow of the leaves in the bottom right. Gives the painting depth.

WOW, this is really pretty, so attractive. You have detailed the roses so brilliantly as with the leaves and stems.
