This is beautiful image of a female moose. Nice sharp lines, nicely centered, colours excellent. Her thin legs makes you wonder how she holds up that massive body. Very nicely done.

A really nicely caught piece. The details are wonderful and the background being in focus does not deter from the main subject at all.
Great color and feeling to this. Good luck in the contest.

Nice job! I like the subtle colors. As well, the details through out are well captured. I think you've cropped this well. Well done!

Lucky YOU. to have captured a moose with your camera! Once on a whle I get to go to Maine and New Hampshire in the US, but I have yet to see a moose. Love the way this one seems to be posing for you. Love her stance and how you filled the frame with her I think you did a great job framing her.
Good Luck in the Contest!

A great picture of the female moose with her developing. Antlers covered in velvet as she looks at you coyly down her long nose. The dappled sunlight & shadows falling on the moose add a extra something to the Moose & the clearing she is standing in with the Silver
Birches framing her background. Beautiful composition & lighting superb camera techniques with sharp focus.

Wow, what a great photo of this female moose. Didn't realize how long their legs were till I viewed this photo. How were you able to get this close to her and aren't they dangerous? Perfect lighting, background, focus and interest. Good luck in the contest.

Thank you so very much for the lovely review. I was not as close as it seems, and they are actually only dangerous when they have calves.
