This is an excellent close up of the pretty little sparrow. I like the angle you used for this. The softened pastel coloured background really works well.

i find this close ups so disturbing especially birds and bugs when the actual photo is so big - something disturbing about it - smiling

Colour harmony - yes - love the blurred b/g

I really like your composition here. I think that the way the Chipperfields a friend with birds head is absolutely excellent. I also like the colours which work well. The temperature providing a nice blurred background really makes the birds stand out. However, the focus here is not correct. There is an area that seems a little blurred under the bird's eye. Perhaps a bit more depth of field would have helped. Nice work though.
