love the colours and reflection and the silhouette of the bird
composition is well balanced

This is a one in a million shot. The reflections of the fall foliage and the over hanging tree have created the most beautiful reflective water surface I have seen in a long time. The heron has landed on the most perfect prop ever invented by Mother Nature. His pose and the refection of the tree and him is outstanding. At first , I thought about suggesting a crop but it would have ruined the scene.
