Perfect enough snowflake to catch my interest. Even if the snowflake is not perfect; the capture of it is! Those details are amazing clear. The texture is outstanding!
I think it may would look even more amazing in a square frame.

My dear friend,
In the world of snowflakes they do not adhere to the rules of perfect. They all believe in the uniqueness that each one
shares with the world. Unlike humans, they judge not and live happily with their many differences. This one lets call "Beauty".

More of an ice crystal than a snowflake but well done all the same. A nicely managed macro shot that shows so much pristine detail. Your POV and final presentation provides an illusion of it floating in the air! Great depth - perfect background - you might consider a square crop to minimize the dead space on the top and bottom. Nice work. Kathy

Helvia fantastic picture of the slowly melting snow flake, the droplets glistening like Diamonds in the light. Beautiful composition set in three dimensions against the dark background. Beautiful lighting superb camera techniques with sharp focus.

I love the simplicity of the image and the clarity of the textures of the snow and the shape. Great. darkened, contrast background, making your snowflake, really stands out. High on technical skill, lighting, presentation and framing. Well captured.

This is like one of my fractals LOL and it shows exactly that fractals are real in the invisible and visible world - your shot was worth the many tries - this is three dimensional natural art - artist nature , presenter Helvi -

super capture - perfect frame , perfect macro camera settings, super position, perfect focus, handsome exposure, pin sharp . The crystalline structure is perfectly visible and when we look even closer we can see the different designs and formations bridling this special snowflake - half frozen so you could try all over again , a great momentum , you did it well, thanks for sharing

Beautiful and awesome! I think its the wonderfully dark background that really shows off this snowflake in a spectacular way. So very artistic in its presentation with the light on the snowflake making it sparkle.
