another great seascape picture. again great colour and majestic looking sea craft. a spiritual sunrise and magical moment captured. a few seconds either way and you would have lost the photo. water has a rather wonderful ripple effect.

Thank yo very much. You are spot on. Those shots are a matter of patience and timing and just luck. Every sunrise/sunset is different.

Truly superb image. Lighting is perfect with no glare from the sun. The picture is both serene and haunting. The
accompanying poem is a delight. Very nice all together.

Thank you very much! I was lucky.Mother nature helped me with this. There was something like haze over the sun.

What a perfect quote to go with this image. I can certainly see being rocked to sleep on this lullaby bay. Great composition. Strong focus and clarity. Beautiful color tones.

Thank you for another lovely review. I always loved the song. I really don't know from were it came into my head, but even it was morning and the sun was going up, the song came instantly into my head.

Hmm...do I see another painting in the works perhaps? SOme don't believe he sky and the water can carry that golden glow-I see it in FLorida sometimes and it is spectacular! Think about painting this one! Jean

Thank you Bren, Good to hear from you!
    How have you been?
    I am OK.
My husband died last September. After eight months of unbelievable suffering; it seemed like a blessing for him, but it still hurts.

Oh Cleo, I am so sorry. It is so hard to lose a husband, a constant companion. I know it is hard to see them suffer yet still so difficult to let them go. You have been so strong through it all but I imagine you were able to be so strong for him. It is much harder to be strong for yourself but if anyone can manage, it is you Cleo. You are blessed with an inner strength that is apparent in your work. While, that strength doesn't make the loss easier, it is there and will serve you well. I have thought of you so frequently and always with deep admiration.

A very beautiful and romantic scene with this boat as silhouette in the sunset light - beautiful ambiance, a great golden moment, a dream shot, bringing a peaceful moment - again an image that is perfect for a quote card - , your angel and position as well as the distance are perfectly chosen , super focus , contrast and lighting, technically perfect in details - a wonderful image, well done
