I believe too that it's a Bird of Paradise. I had some in my yard. I like the dainty way you did these. I see nothing wrong in the way you shot this. The background I like very much. Pretty. Great composition and photo. Good luck in the contest!

Well, difficult just turned into FLAWLESS! The placement of the two is superb. The clarity and lighting are spot on. This is elegant and has a graceful look and feel as if they were birds.
The petals looking like wings along with the soft background and magical fractal like lights make this a special piece.
