Rich hand-dyed garment colors catch the eye. I especially appreciate your write-up about the Tuareg people of whom I had no previous knowledge. By the way, what are you doing in that part of the world? Do you live there?

Interesting informative facts per artist notes. This person is so handsome, and have that ancient look. Nice background and great clarity of facial features and blue robes. Well captured and a pleasure to view.

Now this is my idea of a true portrait. No posing, no special dress, no fancy background, just a person being himself.

Love this colorful image with the lighter background.
A natural look, not really a smile, but his eyes are very pleasant. The cloth that partially covers his eye makes me want to reach over and push it back so I can see his entire face.

I've always thought that a photo that stirs any kind of emotion was worth its weight in gold.

Great skill and insight.
Thank you so much for sharing.

A great portrait of this nomad. So interesting to hear about people who are so outside of the lifestyle I know. What are the birds behind him?

Excellent portrait. I think I would have cropped my right side out a bit. The colors are vibrant. The lights and shadows great. Good work!
