I hear you - and I commend you for being brave and getting up on the soapbox. No prizes for guessing where my feelings lie with regard to this issue!
However, this rating is also for the art work itself. The pure innocence depicted on the child's face - with that beautiful blue eye really makes a statement. Take a bow my friend. Bravo!

As far as I'm concerned agreement or not doesn't matter. I am a great believer art should force emotion a reaction. We here as artists express ourselves in our own chosen way. The important thing is to bring a piece of ourselves to every work we create. That said. This is a very strong piece. Your use of image and soft colors really reenforces the impact of the message. As far as I'm concerned agreement or not doesn't matter. I am a great believer art should force emotion a reaction. We here as artists express ourselves in our own chosen way. The important thing is to bring a piece of ourselves to every work we create. That said. This is a very strong piece. Your use of image and soft colors really reenforces the impact of the message.
