Lovely picture, nice and sharp, good contrast and light. The ground colours is beautiful, loved now. But the lost 30 years we never seeing greens, only brown and dust. And how much I loved same much I hated, make so much mess, so easy broken and dangerous. 90% on the farm we have gum trees so I think Mary you no what I talking about. But your pictures is beautiful! Well don! LOL

Good eye! I missed it completely at first. That is what it takes!!
I love the textures and colors! You might want to either blur the background or crop a little more.
Over all good work!

A very interesting tree Mary and nice to see from your part of the world. Like the shadows on the ground and yes the contrast between the two trees is nice. Are they both Gum trees? The closest one hardly looks like it has bark. Looks like a very nice park and thanks for sharing a bit of Australia with us.

A very nice image. I like the composition and colors and it has great illustrative qualities for someone who has never seen a gum tree. I especially like the dappled shade in the foreground.

Wow, what a neat shot on these very large and old trees who have seen so much over the years. Good pov, focus and frame and like the shadows for a pleasing scene. Bet many birds and critters have used these trees for food and shelter.

The faint blues in the trunk of the primary tree is beautiful. It looks like an impressionistic work, even though a photo. Fine composition and the light play on the foreground tree is just perfect for capturing the colors in the bark! Well done!

I always thought that Eurcalyptus bark was the most fascinating. Do you have those trees there?

There are so many varieties of eucalyptus which are native to Australia where I live (Adelaide - South Australia) love seeing them out in the bush in there natural setting. :) Mary

There are eucalptus trees all over Colombia and a great variety here in Southwest Colombia. I understand they all come originally from Australia and East Asia.
